Registered Counsellor

I am a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, with a Bachelor of Social Science, a Graduate Diploma in Relationship Counselling, and micro-credentials in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I specialise in both individual and couples therapy, using a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to each person and relationship. I support clients facing various challenges, including grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship issues, relationship repair, perinatal support, and post-separation parenting.

My goal is for every client to leave counselling with a sense of empowerment and hope, knowing they have the support needed to make lasting, positive changes in their lives.
